Description
Detroit is home to many families who are legendary gospel artists, including The Clark Sisters, The Winans, the late Aretha Franklin, and her Famous Father the Reverend C.L. Franklin. Join us as we explore the fabulous careers of some of Detroit's talented siblings, moms and daughters, mothers and fathers, also, fathers and daughters. You can learn about Detroit's Gospel History and get your praise on.
Participants will learn by participating in a Detroit Gospel Music Trivia Game!Other Detroit Gospel influences will be shared like The Sunrise Jubilee, and Martha Jean “The Queen” Steinberg’s weekday gospel program “Inspiration Time”.
